It’s that time of year again!

I know, I know…it’s still summer. I don’t want to think about me (or the kids) going back to school (or work) – never mind starting a restrictive “Cleanse”…

But I can tell you from my own experience and with previous groups, this fall cleanse is THE easiest, most perfect way to transition especially if you’ve had a somewhat “carefree” summer like me. (Spiked Seltzers on tap anyone?)

The restrictions are very minimal and there’s real, whole food involved. You’re encouraged to not get too hungry in order to keep hormones balanced…
