Have you ever felt like giving up?
Like, why bother?
It’s too hard.
It doesn’t matter.
It won’t make a difference.
I’ll never get there.
No one cares.
Something’s wrong with me.
I’m not good enough.
I can’t change.
SHOW UP ANYWAY.
It’s when that voice is loudest.
When it seems really true.
When it feels easier to NOT do the hard thing.
That’s when you need to work even harder at not listening to that loud voice.
And…just…
KEEP GOING.
You WILL get there.
You’ll figure it out.
You WILL reach the other side.
You will fall.
You will fail.
You will learn.
You will grow.
Your DREAM.
It DOES matter.
You CAN change this part of your life.
In fact, you can change anything.
You.
Just.
Have.
To.
Not.
Quit.
Show up anyway, my dear.
I’m here for you.
And I’m grateful you’re here for me too.

My monkey mind definitely feeds my limited beliefs which causes me to believe that I can’t ever transform my life but I am invested in this program and with your support I’m hoping I have quite a few lightbulb moments and something clicks for me so thank you for this morning‘s inspiration!! #IAmWorthIt #LifeIsNotOverAt48
Yes, Tammy! Just keep showing up and it’s yours <3
Great message! much needed thanks
Thank you, Val! <3
So timely, so good. As always.
Aww, Thank you my dear, Julie! <3
I’ve been in such a funk and these voices are louder than ever. It is super hard to stay moving forward when giving up seems easier. It’s a good reminder to keep going even when you feel like a failure.
That voice is just your inner child. She comes up (or screams loudly sometimes) because that’s all she knew way back when when you didn’t know what you know now.
She’s scared. She wants her way. She doesn’t want you to change.
LOVE her, YES. She’s a special part of you…
But like Elizabeth Gilbert so brilliantly describes, strap her into the car seat in the back, don’t let her touch the steering wheel, the gas pedal or brake…heck, don’t even let her touch the radio station….
The new, wiser, higher level YOU is driving – and I even let Jesus take the wheel too sometimes 🙂 and that’s when everything gets a WHOLE lot easier.
Sending you love, wisdom and deep inner strength, Amy!
