It sounds so cliché, but it was like I got into my forties and everything changed.

I couldn’t lose weight no matter how little I ate or how much exercise I did.  I felt exhausted – yet frazzled all the time – wired and tired. I found myself using coffee to function during the day and wine to calm down at night.

Don’t even get me started on the hot flashes, night sweats and brain fog!

I ‘slept’ (and I use that term loosely) with a fan pointing at my face for months.

And let’s not forget the belly fat….

I never carried weight there before (I’m more of a a pear shape), but there it was…I could do planks and crunches all day, but the ‘pudge wouldn’t budge’.

Life for me was just ‘off’, draining, blah and pretty miserable (although I masked it oh so well).

By gaining more clarity, shifting my thinking and mindset and taking the right action CONSISTENTLY (not perfectly), I was able to find balance and come into a place of thriving (vs. surviving).

Now in my fifties, post menopausal (feeling better than ever) and working successfully with hundreds of women, I know you will too.

There is no magic pill…and even if there was, you STILL have to address the 5 KEYs because each and every one of them needs to be unlocked, assessed and reset for you to come into balance – weight and all.

Some of these areas may be basic – some may be new. Even if you think you’ve got them down, I want you to do the exercise on the last page and really go deep – be honest with yourself and take action

Please let me know what you uncover…what changes you’re going to make.  Commit and then go DO.
